• Rated voltage, phase, frequency, watts and full-load current.
• Required breaker, conductor, disconnect and dedicated-circuit instructions.
• Controller, lighting, ventilation and accessory loads.
• Certification details and exact model number.
• Warm-up schedule and whether multiple units start together.
• Utility energy and demand tariff, not only average cents/kWh.

Ask the electrician

• Does the existing panel and service have capacity?
• How does the adopted code treat the load?
• Could staggered startup reduce coincident demand?
